Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless the customer upgrades to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

We always try our best to make sure all orders are executed within 24 hours, but occasionally some orders can take us up to 72 hours to ship. Out-of-Stock products will be kept on backorder and any partial orders with ship separately.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Foul Weather Direct has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers.  Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.  The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart.  You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers.  GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.  Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or (786)391-4868.
Shipping Claims
All claims must be made promptly. All original shipping materials must be kept in order to file a claim.
Please inspect all products before discarding packing materials.
Attempted claims without original packing materials will be denied.

When a package is returned to Foul Weather Direct because a carrier is unable to make delivery due to action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges and the product(s) will be returned immediately to inventory. Should you still wish to purchase these products, you may place your order again on our website

If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on the part of our carrier, please e-mail or call to arrange a refund of shipping and return fees.

General Claims
For all claims related to erroneous shipment, incorrect ordering, or any other issue, please contact the Returns Department via e-mail or phone.
Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item. We will also arrange for a UPS Call Tag to pick up the item and return it to Foul Weather Direct.
Foul Weather Direct's phones are staffed from 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday. Phone support is not available on Saturday, Sundays and holidays.

Returns/Exchange Policy
Our returns policy is very reasonable. We will accept any merchandise that has been purchased from us, as long as it is in the same brand new condition in which it was shipped and has not been used.  Shipping charges may apply for Returns/Exchanges to and from the customer.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Returns without this information will be delayed significantly or possibly lost.


Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Foul Weather Direct reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Foul Weather Direct reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All International orders placed may be subject to Identity Verification proceedings, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, or outdated searches, Foul Weather Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Foul Weather Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Foul Weather Direct shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Credits
It takes approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
